Frequently asked questions
What services do you offer? +
Free, confidential financial guidance covering budgeting and cash flow, debt management, coping with lost or irregular income, accessing finance, and post-dated cheques — plus financial literacy workshops. We coach you to make your own decisions. We sell nothing, and we never handle your money.
How do I get started? +
Reach us through the contact page or on WhatsApp and tell us a little about your situation. We'll arrange a free, confidential conversation and take it from there — at no cost and with no obligation.
What makes Palimpact different? +
Everything is free and we have nothing to sell. Founded by two Palestinian economists, our guidance is grounded in what Palestinian families actually live with — from post-dated cheques to salary-deduction loans. To our knowledge, we are the first to offer free, independent financial guidance of this kind in Palestine.
Is what I share confidential? +
Yes. Everything you share stays between you and us. We record only what we need in order to help you, keep it securely, and never share it outside Palimpact without your consent.
Is it really free? +
Yes, entirely. Palimpact is pro bono: our guidance costs nothing, we charge no fees, and we sell nothing. We exist to serve people who cannot afford financial advice — so you never pay us a shekel.
What is working with you like? +
We start by listening — no judgement, just understanding your situation. Then we set realistic goals together and build a clear, practical plan for your budget and any debts you carry. The decisions are always yours; we guide, support, and help you stay on track.
Can I volunteer or work with you? +
Yes — Palimpact runs on experienced people who want to help. We especially welcome economists and specialists in finance, banking, accounting, and law who can advise on a volunteer basis, as well as translators and people who can help with outreach and workshops. Get in touch and tell us a little about your background.
